Syed has extensive experience in Harmonized Customs Tariff based classification of goods, its interpretative rules, and rules of origin. He has held the position equivalent to a Director Customs in Pakistan. As a current member of the Pakistani Bar, Syed is fully qualified to assist clients with legal matters arising in Pakistan (e.g., real estate transactions, business, customs, taxation and family law issues), or to refer clients to experienced practitioners in the region through his law firm connections in Asia.
He is also a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to the New York Bar, United States Court of International Trade, Federal Court of Southern District of New York and Pakistani Bar.
